Subject: [CNYBBA-LISTSERV] Judge Gerling's motion calendars - new procedurefor adjournment of Trustee motions

Just wanted to let you know that we have a new procedure for adjourning Trustee motions that are actually on the calendar. When I get the calendar on Friday, I send Fred Grimaldi a list of Trustee motions that can be adjourned or taken off the calendar for some other reason. In the past, I have also filed letters over the weekend, but I have been advised I no longer have to do this. So there are going to be Trustee motions that won't be called, but you won't get a letter by CM/ECF e-mail letting you know in advance. You'll have to check the calendar when you get to court.
