Judge Gerling has asked me to announce the following:
 
A position for a law clerkship with the new bankruptcy judge will be available in Syracuse.  The term is for 2 years commencing in approximately January or February '07 and the salary is in the range of $51,000 to $61,000 depending upon qualifications. All resumes should be forwarded to Richard Zeh, Sr., Clerk of the U.S Bankruptcy Court for NDNY, James T. Foley U. S. Courthouse , 445 Broadway , Albany N.Y. 12207.
