[CNYBBA-LISTSERV] CM/ECF upgrade - claims register

We just happened to notice that the latest CM/ECF upgrade changed the format
of the Claims Register.  The court no longer assigns a new claim number to
amended proofs of claim.  They put them in under the original number and add
a secondary number to distinguish it.  For example, a proof of claim might
be in the register as claim no. 4-1 and a later proof of claim amending that
one will be in the claims register as claim no. 4-2, right under the
original claim.
