"Please note it is our intention to have some type of memorial gathering of
our members after Jan 1st, either separately or in conjunction with the New
York State Bar Association.  This gathering is not meant as a substitute for
the services that are scheduled  this [last] weekend, but will provide our
members with an additional opportunity to honor Nick.

"Thank you all for your outpouring of support of Nick's family and friends.
His family is very grateful for our thoughts and prayers, so please continue
to remember them during this difficult time.
