Senator Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) has just been confirmed to speak at 25th Annual
Spring Meeting. Elected to the U.S. Senate in 1996, Senator Durbin is the
Assistant Majority Leader in the Senate. He also serves on the Senate
Judiciary Committee.

Senator Durbin will keynote the program "And Now for Something Completely
Different: A Roundtable on Bankruptcy, Labor and Credit Issues and the New
Congress," along with William A. Brandt, Jr. (Development Specialists,
Inc.), William Q. Derrough (Jefferies & Company, Inc.), Travis B. Plunkett
(Consumer Federation of America), Catherine Vance (Development Specialists,
