[CNYBBA-LISTSERV] 341s in Binghamton and Syracuse on 12/17/07

I wanted to give everyone the heads-up on a conflict with the Chapter 7 341s
being held in Binghamton on December 17th and some Chapter 13 341s being
held at the same time in Syracuse. If you are on the Binghamton calendar
I'll adjourn the Syracuse case to the January 14th.  Sorry for the
inconvience. We just added the 17th due to a high number of filings in
Syracuse. We try to avoid these conflicts but with the number of filings and
the holidays this seemed like the only available day. Mark Swimelar
