This is hearsay on my part, but ...
 
Mark Redmiles of the Office of the UST announced at the New York Hudson
Valley Seminar on Friday, September 7, 2007, that all cases of abuses by
mortgage servicers or their attorneys should be reported to the local Office
of the United States Trustee.
