The increase in "no-look" to $3700.00 is welcomed, but it is less then the rate of inflation from 2005 to 2008 which would yield a fee increase to $3780.80 (see the inflation calculator at www.bls.gov <http://www.bls.gov/>  ).  Our 2016-b statement will exclude post-confirmation services such as 522f motions; 2d mortgage adversaries and motions to modify the plan, among other services already excluded in the retainer agreement.
