A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at
a Special Term of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Honor and Memory of
our dear friend and colleague Nicholas S. Priore, Esq.  The service will be
held in the Honorable David N. Hurd's courtroom in the U.S. Courthouse, 10
Broad Street, Utica, New York with Judge Hurd and Judge Gerling presiding.  
 
A light reception, co-sponsored by the Central New York and Capital Region
Bankruptcy Bar Associations will immediately follow.
