Unfortunately my 341's are that day and time and I would have to send
out a lot of notices and inconvenience a lot of people if I cancelled
the meeting.  They have been set since last fall and I have about 18
cases on. I did attend Nick's calling hours and funeral and my lack of
attendence at the memorial service does not evidence a lack of respect
for him or grief at his passing.  I am truly sorry to have to miss the
memorial.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
at a Special Term of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Honor and
Memory of our dear friend and colleague Nicholas S. Priore, Esq.  The
service will be held in the Honorable David N. Hurd's courtroom in the
U.S. Courthouse, 10 Broad Street, Utica, New York with Judge Hurd and
Judge Gerling presiding.  
 
A light reception, co-sponsored by the Central New York and Capital
Region Bankruptcy Bar Associations will immediately follow.
 
All are welcome to attend.  Please RSVP no later than January 16, 2008
