[CNYBBA-LISTSERV] Judge Gerling's retirement

You probably all know already, but Judge Gerling's retirement has been
postponed, and therefore the retirement party that was being scheduled for
June 18, 2008, has also been postponed until further notice.
 
Judge Gerling has posted motion calendar dates through August 2008 on the
Court's web site:
