[CNYBBA-LISTSERV] Lisenko decision - disposable income

Judge Cangilos-Ruiz has issued a decision on disposable income.  I think
there is only one case on this afternoon that deals with it, and I have
already contacted the debtor's attorney.  I believe there are going to be
quite a few cases involving this issue on the 4/8/08 and 4/29/08 calendars,
so please read this decision and do whatever you need to do.  It's not on
the court web site yet, so I've made it available on our web site:
