I just wanted to let everyone know that Debtor audits are apparently resuming.? I was at a seminar on Friday where it was announced.? 

The UST website has a notice dated May 9, 2008, indicating that the USTP program will resume designation of cases subject to audit as May 12, 2008.? This time 1 out of every 1000 cases will be audited, whereas previously it was 1 out of 250 cases.
