FYI:  I think the Court's web site is out of date with respect to the
current mileage rates under "Compensation of Witnesses" on the "Clerk's
Fees, Public Access, and Services" page under "General Information"
(http://www.nynb.uscourts.gov/usbc/feesvcs/clpublic.html).  
 
The 2008 IRS standard mileage rates are available here:
